Vendor Application Form

The fee for vendors is as follows; $12 a linear foot, non-food and $15 a linear foot for food vendors for the duration of the Bicentennial Celebration. All food vendors must carry their own liability insurance. The Ashtabula Bicentennial Committee or the City of Ashtabula is not responsible for theft, accidents, or any acts of God. Vendor spaces can not be transferred without written permission.
